ANDY STROWBRIDGE - General Manager, Windflow UK
Andy’s role is to grow the business in the UK so that Windflow becomes the trusted mid-size turbine of choice for Landowners, Developers and Investors.
Andy is an experienced engineer, project manager and business consultant. He has a Masters degree in Engineering and post-graduate Certificate in Design, Manufacture and Management from Cambridge University.
In the early '90s he worked for Wind Energy Group Ltd for four years where he looked after manufacturing and built some of the first UK wind farms. Since then he has worked as a business consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and most recently as a senior manager with IBM Global Business Services, where he focused on performance improvement for firms with complex technical products.

STEVE SQUIRES - UK Sales Manager
Steve’s role within Windflow UK is to develop business with Landowners and Wind Development firms across the UK.
Steve has been involved with the wind industry since 2002. He began his renewable energy career at Trinity House Lighthouse Service. As Business Development Manager, Steve was responsible for generating new revenue streams and the development and delivery of technical and commercial projects. One project was the pioneering SeaZepIR wind resource measurement project, a collaboration between Trinity House, QinetiQ and npower renewables.
In 2005 Steve joined Industrial Maintenance Services (IMS) as General Manager. At IMS, Steve had functional responsibility for building the business and developed a range of technical, planning and project management services. IMS gained the exclusive distribution rights for PowerWind turbines. As a result of the successful sales and marketing, PowerWind GmbH acquired IMS WindPower in 2011.
Steve then became Operations Director at Majestic Renewable Energy Ltd and was responsible for business development and operations for turnkey balance of plant installations for mid-size turbines.

COLIN RISBRIDGER - UK Development Manager
Colin's role with Windflow UK is to develop Windflow’s own FIT projects and provide project development support to Windflow customers.
Colin has a degree in Energy & Environmental Engineering from Napier University and a post-graduate Masters degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University.
Since 2006 he has worked in a self employed capacity to develop projects with external clients throughout Orkney, including wind projects from 6kW to 1.8MW on the family’s farm land. Colin developed the first Windflow UK wind turbine on Westray, a positive experience which has led to him working for the company.
In the late '90s he worked and trained with Scottish Power plc gaining Chartered Engineer status where he looked after energy efficiency and renewable projects. He has worked in various advisory roles on behalf of the Scottish Government via independent charities as well as volunteering with local community organisations in the field of community energy.
